HUGE SQUARE FOOTAGE NEXT TO ALAMO DRAFTHOUSE
These remodeled loft apartments have almost 100 different floor plans to choose from and they are all immaculate! This iconic building was the first Sears building to be established outside of Chicago so it definitely has character and history. Some floor plans offer amazing downtown views and have up to 2500+ square feet. They have original hardwood floors, concrete columns all throughout the lofts, exposed ducts, and uniquely-laid concrete ceilings! Some units have clean white walls and other feature exposed brick walls. These are by far some of the best lofts in Dallas!

ANTIQUE, HISTORIC BUILDING IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN
This historic landmark was once a train station in the heart of downtown Dallas but has been refurbished into 134 lofts! Built in 1916 and plenty of the original materials still stand but they also have amazing new renovations. The property is super walkable to everything in downtown and it is near the DART so you’ll have easy access to anywhere in DFW!

LOFTS IN DEEP ELLUM
Deep Ellum is home to many loft buildings. These lofts have a really cool old warehouse vibe with a modern spin on them and are totally unique. Some units have large windows and open floor plans with exposed brick, while others have clean white walls and smaller spaces. No matter what you’re looking for in a loft, you can probably find it in Deep Ellum. Wood floors or concrete? They have both. Big windows or small. Again, they have both! This building is going through $90 million worth of renovations to redevelop what used to be an awesome building in Dallas. When construction is completed there will be shopping below and they’ll offer beautiful loft spaces that are fully upgraded and start at 800 square feet. Beautiful exposed brick, restored hardwood floors and tons of amenities for residents! It’s definitely the luxury of lofts.
