InTown Housing Explained!

By December 12, 2018Apartment Locators, Apartments, Dallas

Let’s be honest, budgets are stretched thin and sometimes rent is hard to swing when you start looking for an apartment in Dallas! With the summer approaching, prices are already starting to rise and get ridiculous!  We’re here to explain how you can live in a NICER place for LESS money!  InTown Housing is a program that allows people who make between $34,092 and $43,250/year to pay cheaper rent (for a studio, check below for other options)! You also have to make 3 times the rent as well to qualify.

If you qualify for this program, there are about 13 properties in Dallas that offer InTown Housing units! These apartments go fast because there is a limited number but it is definitely worth it because you’re getting discounted rent AND a nice, up-to-date apartment! Here are some of our favorite properties offering InTown Housing units!

You’ll have easy access to I-35 and the Dallas Tollway and also be close to Uptown and Downtown! You’re only a quick Uber from all of your favorite neighborhoods. If you happen to work for a hospital, you’ll be within walking distance to work, which is a huge plus!
