Lake Shore Pearl is a newer luxury property right off of East Riverside with direct access to Lady Bird Lake and the Boardwalk. SOUTH SHORE DISTRICT DELIGHT
Okay guys, the Spoke is literally in the middle of it all on the south east side. Walking distance to Lady Bird Lake, the Boardwalk, Buzzmill, and it’s only a 5 minute drive to downtown. Not to mention it’s so affordable and the whole entire property was recently remodeled. Wood flooring throughout (zero carpet!!!!!), new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops! This spot is definitely way smaller than some other places in Austin so it’s perfect if you’re looking for a quiet place that’s still super close to everything Austin has to offer.
