Sometimes we just need a little motivation and guidance to get our heartbeat racing.
The hype on exercise classes in Dallas is HOT and we love it. Sure, it might seem a little pretentious at times, but if you could try it out for FREE, why not? There are a lot of group classes in Dallas that offer a free first time pass. Say what??? You heard me. FREE. Here’s a list of our favorite classes in the area-

This class is by no means a walk in the park so get ready to use all your strength and muscles. Seriously though, it’s a great adrenaline rush and stress reliever and yup, you guessed it- the first class is FREE.

What: Embrace your inner yogi and head over to Klyde Warren Park, where namaste happens every Saturday (rain or shine). ALL classes are FREE and hosted by Dallas Yoga Center.
